So i am in complete love with my G1 but lately after hearing the news that we may not get cupcake that came as a shock because i have been waiting for it and if dosent come out for the g1 i am going to look for another phone because this update i was expecting may not come, and the phone i am looking at is nokia 95 i like the phone it isnt a G1 but i like it now like i said before i love my g1, and i respect your guy's advice bad or good what do you think i should do? I am at a loss

I have the N95, and I like it for what it has to offer.....

But! it's no G1

I mean...

I can send and receive MMS's, I can record video, I can stream on "Qik.com"

But! It's no G1

Stay with the G1. The cupcake update will come in soon, don't worry about the false news about it not coming in. It will come in sometimes this quarter of the year.

If you want, go on to the N95 until the update comes in, but do not sell the G1 at all. just keep it and see how much you miss it after you start using the N95..... Me personaly, I would stay with the G1 because of the full keyboard and touchscreen and because of the amount of apps that are going to be released soon.

i know and i see it as a temporary phone not as a full replacement but would you guys recommend this or should i just wait

yeah i am buying it used on ebay and i know it is old but its only a temporary phone and i am not giving up my g1

Yes!

I need certain features on a phone for the work I do, and currently the G1 doesn't do it for me. ( I'm waiting for the updates)

So as of now, I'm carrying both phones (I always have the G1 on hand, to show off all its beauty)
