I got a call I feel I should discuss. a Lady called in and her sons phone was stolen at school. Did the usual and suspend the line and check if anybody who got the phone did a bunch of naughty stuffs. Nothing actually. I did see however, that her sons line went over by more than 1300 text messages on his 1000 text plan! $260 in overage just on text. :eek: I mentioned it to the customer and almost went into shock. The good thing is that I was able to add the unlimitedtext feature (only $5 more a month) and backdated to cover the overage. ALSO if it wasn't bad enough her son went over on his minute plan for $60ish in overage for talking :rolleyes: .
Did same thing and backdated a higher rate plan.
So just by doing a few clicks I saved someone $305 including the costs of the higher rate plans. Just gives me that warm fuzzy feeling. :D

And this is what I love about T-Mobile that most other carriers won't do (I heard Verizon does).

verizon does do this, but their customer service is more than offset by their b.s. software lobotomizing your phone.

that's good to hear.... i've only called tmo support 2 or 3 times, but every time was a good experiece

+1... 4G1, information like this should be stated earlier!!! Do it to my bill or it never happend :P
Good job! Tmo's legendary service is the why i've been with them for 8+ years. Nice to know that ppl still have souls out there.
This is what I am talking about.
T-Mobile has one of the best Customer Services out there.
This is why I stick with T-Mobile :)
