View Full Version : Android Community "Executive Team"

In the event that any of you should ever have any concerns with the site or our moderator team, I felt it was important to have a readily available list of our "Executive Team".

The Android Community staff are divided up into "Lead Androids" and "Staff Androids". You can tell which team a Staff Android belongs to, as it is indicated in their title. If you have a question or concern regarding a Staff Android, please direct it to the Lead in charge of that team first. If you have any questions or concerns regarding Lead Androids, please direct them to myself.

I barely recognize any of those names. Do they all just hang out in "Off Topic" or something?

And while we're on the topic, I'm a little disturbed at the number of people with "Staff Android" under their names who I've seen giving out incorrect information lately. And I'm not talking about cupcake rumors and the like, I mean they are ignorant of basic functionality and apps available on the G1. "Staff" should bear the responsibility of actually keeping current; it's disheartening that I only check in twice a day and I seem to know more than some of them.

They made sense once before you were a member here. We each had a specific role to fulfill here, and we were doing it well. The community was then overRUN by spam, and we all turned into cops.

We've got plans for the forums up our sleeves, plans that will make this a much better place than it has ever been. Stay tuned. ;)

Keep up the good work guys :)

And to those who are commenting about whether the executive team are active or not, I believe they are volunteering (I assume) and help out when they can. You can't expect them to spend their whole life on here.

IIIIIII'm Sorry, did you not get the memo, Consty? We have had to do some cutbacks, get some government help, and so we had to sell the private jet in order to keep the forum.

You now ride a bike to work, it cuts down on emissions, and well... that way we wont get busted for flying to Cabo and taking billions from the gub'ment at the same time.

For those of you guys who don't know me...that's OK. Let's just say I earned my stripes and have been ENJOYING a break from the limelight. Oh, I'm still here, and I still do my part. But when I retired from the battlefield, I was more than happy to go underground. Just because I'm not chatting it up every night doesn't mean I'm not still around. Besides, I worked 73 hours this week. I hardly interacted with my REAL family, much less you guys! ;)
