How do I scroll down on text boxes on web pages?

The problem: I view a webpage on my G1's default browser and lo and behold, the page has a text box (i think that's what it is) with text that YOU HAVE TO SCROLL DOWN THE EMBEDDED OBJECT'S WINDOW (within the full page) TO READ THE REST OF THE TEXT...yet in Android I can see no scroll bar or arrows on these objects in web pages. It seems my only option is to scroll down the entire page using the touchscreen or trackball which in no way helps me see the rest of the text in the object because it just scrolls with the rest of the web page.

I have found the same issue and the only way to scroll is by using the roll ball or "Trackball"

Trackball no good for me. This is about text boxes in web pages that have text off screen, below, and there's no scroll bar and mouse trackball just skips over the entire object
