Quickoffice for Android is finally here. Quickoffice easily enables you to view and access your Microsoft Office files on your phone. Whether it is on your memory card or on your Gmail account. Quickoffice only supports two of Microsoft Office applications, Word (.doc) and Excel (.xls).
The interface of QuickOffice is fairly simple and ready to do work. Once you click on it from your tab, it shows the contents of your memory card.

Each Word or Excel document is shown with an .doc, .xls icon on the left along with the file size and the date the file was created. Clicking on a file will bring the file up.
Once a document is loaded, you can pretty much move around the document via the touch screen. For a more wider view, you can flip the phone and the application will automatically turn the file into landscape mode. You also have the magnifying options where you can zoom in and zoom out of the document. Excel documents with multiple sheets can also be viewed with this application. Once the excel document has loaded, pressing the menu button will bring up the menu, where you can select which worksheet you wish to work on.

Moving around in the application with documents open can be a little slow, especially when you open documents with graphics in them. Excel documents with large graphs will take the application about a good three to eight seconds to load the graph, along with the load time of the rest of the file or page. The application will not move around smoothly after the document has loaded, it will lag or jump while trying to navigate through the page.
QuickOffice is the first and only Android application that can open Microsoft Word and Excel documents. All pages are rendered completely and it has no trouble opening up documents with multiple images. Even though QuickOffice is a Read Only app the price paid for the application is well worth it.
Pros:
Easy to use simple application.
Renders Files Correctly.
Cons:
No PowerPoint Support yet.
Navigating through document is slow/choppy.
Read Only.
