First wanna give credit to Nelly (http://androidcommunity.com/forums/members/nelly/) for posting this up in the android review app forum.

Just writing an Official review and first hand experience for this app.

lets get start...

AIMer 0.1

AIMer is an AOL instant messenger(AIM). You can set your icon and aways. More settings will be supported in updates.

Review:

Pros:
- Nice simple UI
- Faster connecting to network
- Support Multiple Scree names
- Buddy icons support
- Edit away/current status
- notification sound with notification icon on notification bar
- Sending message / recieving works well
- Button like message threading (forgot to take a screenshot of that lol)
- THIS APP IS FREE :]]

Cons:
- Some people on the market said they couldn't sign on but worked for me
- Might not have all the "features" of Hello IM

Can't think of any other thing else.

So visit the market and try this new IM app and drop by and leave us what you thought of this app and add your own review

Looks pimp! :) I like it. I want a solid All-in-one IM app though. Meebo (if fixed), would be the best out there. I especially like the Facebook IM integration on meebo. If only the developers could just use it for a day before they send the update. lol

As for this app, it looks SOLID for a 0.1 release. Can't wait to see what becomes of this. :)

Sorry, but "ad supported" is not "free." The on screen ad should at least be listed under "cons."

I'm not sure what problems with Meebo you speak of. I've been able to stay connected for hours, edit status, etc. The only two problems I have is when I lose my phone service (riding the train) then the app shuts down completely instead of trying to reconnect when I come back above ground, and also that I can't see who's mobile and who isn't.

It is the most stable...been connected since 7:30 this morning and it is now 1:31 pm. By far the most stable. Now if they can make one for Yahoo and MSN or one that combines all three it would be great.

I think it was just to fix some force close issues. I haven't tried it yet myself, though.

Thanks for the review Johnny.
App looks promising, and it's something I would use, but with onscreen ads, just hate it.

If they made a paid version without the ads for couple dollars cheaper than Hello IM, it would perfect.

Good lookin app so far. I still use Hello AIM, the free edition but it eats my battery. This one doesn't seem to devour my precious battery life tho. I have had complaints that some of my messages are scrambled oddly or random characters appear in my messages when i send IMs to cell phones.
