I recommend the Adata 8Gb Class 6 Card. It can be found for relatively cheap and comes bundled with a minisd and sd adapter. I bought it on newegg here:

It could be formatted it to ext2 easily...
And as I've said before I use class2 sd with no noticeable loss of speed

so what was all the hype about being able to use 16\32 gig cards if android can't use it? noone answered me as to if a 16 could be partitioned into 2 7 1\2 gig fat32 partitions and a 1 gig ext2. would the phone see both fat32's? i'm tempted to buy one just to try it. maybe i'll format a 4 gig i have into several partitions to see what happens. off on a new project

I don't understand why all these people are saying FAT32 can't have a bigger than 8GB partition. Where is this coming from? My 16GB MicroSD is formatted with a 666GB ext2 partition, and a 15.4GB (approximate) FAT32 partition. It works fine, as it should. FAT32 supports partition sizes of 2TB (if I recall correctly), however later versions of Windows will only format a 32GB or smaller partition as FAT32 (due to performance issues), but third party software will break that limit, as well as other operating systems.
Just to re-iterate, I have a 15.4GB FAT32 partition on my MicroSD, and it works. No hype, no bull. I don't understand where this information is coming from that says a FAT32 partition has to be smaller than 8GB.

Question: I can't get my 16GB MicroSD to work with the 5.0Hr5-Apps2SD ROM. When I put it in there, and try to connect it to the PC it tends to cycle, connected and then back to not connected. Did I miss anything? It's formatted FAT32 right now - did the ext2/fat32 partitioning before, but didn't work. So I'm troubleshooting now.
And FAT32 = 139.7GB max :)
