Your assuming we will get stereo bluetooth support with Cupcake?

well most of the ppl that are rooted are already running a hacked version of cupcake with a2dp (stereo bluetooth)

I'm also wondering which headset to buy. I'm looking for a set of dj style headphones mostly for music. the Motorola s805 looks pretty good and has gotten some decent reviews on amazon.

In fact I'm listening to way more music and podcasts now that I don't have all those wires dangling from my phone.
BT stereo is really awesome!

Not to threadjack...but its a related topic, has anyone ever tried a soundblade bluetooth speaker?
I am looking for a bluetooth desktop speaker for my office at work...I really do not want headphones though. Anything you would recommend?
I was also considering this...but it looks a little funky

Ok a little update I bought both the s9-hd and the samsung sbh500 from bestbuy to give them a little field test then choose the better one.
today I used the s9-hd's
Price: around $107.00 at bestbuy
http://thm-a02.yimg.com/image/b9f559d6fe8e367a
THE GOOD:
1.Awesome sound
2.Very Comfortable
3.Sleek
4.Easy to use buttons
5.good range
THE BAD:
1.in some instances pausing the music for whatever reason then coming back to it and playing it made the song very choppy.
2.the call quality is not the best
Tomorrow I will use the sbh500 and report my findings
ALTHOUGH I ALREADY WORE THEM AND YEEEEES THEY ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE LIKE 99 PERCENT OF THE REVIEWS SAID

so today i used the samsung sbh500
price: around $73.00 at bestbuy
http://thm-a04.yimg.com/image/15b65212cb3d8944
THE GOOD:
1.the sound quality is great
2.easy to use buttons (i think the s9 buttons are easier though)
THE BAD:
1.VEEEEERY UNCOMFORTABLE
2.while just walkin and the phone on my belt clip the signal was terrible! the music would cut off every step i would take
overall these are good headphones if your phone is gonna stay on your desk or something stationary. also they are good headphones if you have a 5 year old's head! very unconfortable. the sound quality is about the same as the MOTOROLA S9-HD headphones. I would not recommend these headphones because of the comfort issue.

in summary i would most definetly recommend the s9-hd over the sbh500
yes the s9-hd headsets are more expensive but its quality
if your on a budget then the sbh500 has a great sound and could be found on amazon for around 30-50 dollars

A few days ago I ordered a pair of S9HD for me and a pair of S9 for my girlfriend. I know the S9HD will be clearer than the S9's, but I wanted to see how clear. The cost was $69 for the S9HD and $15 for the S9. Both pairs were new.
I am glad to see the good review of the S9HDs. ow call quality is fine because I will be using them just for music anyways.

I've had S9's since they came out and I love them. It did take so time to get used to if you have a smaller head, because they tend to slide down.

just tested out my s9hd's at the gym and figured i would give a report. they were comfortable when running and i think they might even be sweat proof... the only problem i had was when i did anything lying down...(ie: bench, crunches, etc.)
but overall it was def do-able...

just a little update, i got the s9-hds from ebay and they are not in the original box
they came in a bubble wrap envelope with just the headset, chager, and the user manual. i emailed the seller kinda pissed off cuz it came with two different sized ear buds (one of each not a pair of each) the seller apologized for that and told me he would send me the earbuds plus a complimentary car charger

I have the samsung SBH500 so far I think
music - good not as much bass as I thought but good I enjoy
range- about 30 feet or so will just cut out a little bit
call quality - good no one asked if I was on headset or speakerphone I asked a friend and she said sounded great
size-a little bigger than I wanted im picky about that though
comfortably- after long use feels a little tight
the performance has been good I might get something a bit sleeker I have a 30 day return I like the look of the Motorola s9 's but not sure yet

I just got my s805 headphones a couple days ago. They're *GREAT*! The sound is excellent, and the play/volume/call controls are all right on the headphones. Battery life is pretty darn good, and it charges with the same charger as the G1. You can get it for less than $35 landed from buy.com. Includes the headphones and a charger. The full kit has a special adapter cable to plug it into a wired audio source, and a case. It's about $8 more.
I'm VERY happy with these headphones.

I've got a pair of Nokia BH-604's - they're large DJ style headphones. I'm very happy with them. Sound quality is amazing, they're comfortable to wear and battery life is like, 19 hours...
Only problem is the G1 - there's an A2DP bluetooth issue (discussed in another thread) that causes drop outs in the audio from time to time. The cause of the issue isn't known exactly (I suspect it's a BT antenna/signal issue), but a lot of people seem to be experiencing it. Hopefully it's just a software issue, and will be fixed...
