Has T-Mobile charged you a reconnection or a reactivation fee? If so, T-Mobile may have charged you improperly.

I work with a law firm investigating whether T-Mobile’s policy of charging consumers a fee to resume services is a violation of California’s consumer protection laws.

If you have paid T-Mobile to reinstate or reactive your cell phone service, you may be entitled to compensation if the court agrees that the fees were improper.

If you're going after TMO, why not go after *ALL* the carriers... I had to pay AT&T a few years ago to reconnect when their auto bill failed to work...
