I have a like new blackberry storm 9530 i am looking to trade for a G1

unlocked or a G1 dev phone, the storm comes with everything that came in

the box but i don't have the box anymore. the G1 must be in good condition

no scratches any where at least in mint since my blackberry storm is

any color is fine also and i can get pics just let me know.

Just a friendly word of advice but... I don't think anyone will trade a G1 for a storm. You're probably better off selling your storm on ebay or something and buying a G1.

Yeah, it doesn't work on our 3G, doesn't have wifi... we're not the right audience.

Well i thought i would try here because i know about 4 people who have traded their

It may retail for $499, but its certainly not worth more than $1. No offense, but the storm is a piece of ****. So many poor reviews and complaints. I actually apologize to people that have it (in a sympathetic way).

Lol well i don't care to be honest people are buying it and have traded a G1 for it

i mean i just need to have a g1 cause i want to test the apps i make

also i am just not a fan of the blackberry OS.

Damn, I've gotten a extra G1 at hand, mint cond with the box.

Would have traded if it had Wifi.

RIM was stupid to not add wifi on this phone i just don't get it. now the CEO comes out

and says "HEY everyone we are making a storm 2 YAY!"




And i mean i love android i would have got a G1 if tmobile had 3G where i am or if stupid Verizon would get a android phone


i been trying to port it to my nokia n800 but no luck there.


PS. Would anyone trade a 2nd G1 for a nokia internet tablet thats mint with a apple bluetooth keyboard? lol

No you don't. You can use the emulator.

If you guys don't want it, why don't you stay out of the thread? My friend has a Storm and we always bust on each other about features and what not. While the Storm is sexy, and the G1 isn't, that's about the only place he's got me beat.

I don't blame him for coming here and trying to trade... he realizes the G1 is a better phone and wants one... the problem lies with the fact all of us here realize the same thing! :)

Seriously though, good luck with your quest... I've only had the G1 for a couple weeks and I love it.

Well thank you, I would think people would understand me at least trying

OP didn't specify if it was even a GSM phone.

Currently, isn't Verizon the only carrier to sell Storm, just making assumptions about the item to be traded.

Its a GSM/CDMA hybrid so yes it has a sim slot and can work on tmobile

and att. and mine is not unlocked but it can be yes.

its mint btw, and comes with everything in the box and it is unlocked with the 1.5 update.
