u can get a class 4 or 6 depending on what ur gonna use it for, class 6 is recommended for apps2sd but i know some people are using a class 4 for this with no problem. im using an A-data 8GB card class 6 it was around 15 shipped from newegg.com HAVENT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CARD

For those in the Chicago area, you can get 8 GB Transcend class 6 for $25 at Tiger Direct AKA Comp Usa in Schaumburg. (And they just bought the right to the Circuit City name today for 14 million.)

True, but when I wanted it Saturday I wanted it Saturday, not the following Wednesday. I'm just waiting for cheaper class 6 16 gig cards.

The class 4 8 gig for 18 bucks? I never heard of that brand, and didn't want to take a chance with a no name card. The 16 GB they have is only class 2, I called and they had to pull one and look at it.

lol consty thats the story of my life!

all my hair clippers i have bought at a beauty supply here in town knowing that i could get it cheaper online. but im the type of person than when i think of buying something then its definetly gonna happen that day lol. i get anxious if i dont buy it that same day, so yesterday i decided to buy 100 double edge razor blades for my straight razor cuz i knew if i walked into the store i would buy them there and they are 3 dollars for 10. and i got 100 for 14.

but i have spent alot of extra money buying stuff localy instead of waiting to buy it online

i have no idea what the difference in classes is at all.

The classes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MicroSDHC#SD_Speed_Class_Ratings) refer to how fast (http://www.sdcard.org/developers/tech/microsdhc) the card can transfer data. Class-2 cards can transfer at up to 2MB per second, class 4 is 4MB/s, and class 6 is 6MB/s.
