anyone try this cradle out? do you like it?

I'm just curious how the device handles the little flap you have to open for the mini usb port, because I dont want to smash that thing trying to insert the G1 into the cradle.

i bought this cradle off ebay like a month after getting my g1 and i still have it

very nice cradle, there actually a hole in the back for your charger cover to hangover whle the usb connection is connected to your phone

+ you can charge a spare battery at the same time =D

its worth it.

got mine today, I like it.

I dont have to cut anything off, it just works because theres a cutout for the usb cover in the back.

I think its very useful, because now I don't need to have a USB cable laying around, or power adapter laying around. the cradle sits nicely on my desk and waits for the G1 to plug in. once it is, I can easily reach over and mount it to my computer and access the files, reach over and unmount in software when im done.

$15 shipped from ebay is dirt cheap.

I have the Amzer cradle that I purchased through Amazon. It's gloss piano-black with an extra battery charging slot. It too has a recessed pocket for the USB cover and splits the signal in the back into 2 mini usbs <1 power, 1 computer> and a standard 1.5 mm headphone jack.

I got the Amzer cradle because the Mobi cradle looked ugly to me. It looked more ready for my old palmpilot! Amzer cradle was closer to $35 though.

do any of you guys know if any of these cradlles would be able to hold my G1 with the larger, extended battery and door? I have a 2300 battery and white oversized door/battery cover. from the looks of it, looks like the slot is too small.
