Just got a hold of this emulator this morning, a very worthwhile $3.
Loaded up some ROMS so I thought I'd write a quick review.
Framerate and sound are almost flawless at 90% or so. Some games it wasn't even noticeable, for example Sonic 1, Sonic 2 and Beavis & Butthead played damn near perfectly.
However, some games currently prove a bit too much to handle and the emulator closes when that happens. I noticed this with Streets of Rage 2, for example.
The options interface is the same as NESoid, for anyone that's familiar with that emulator. It's very easy to map keys and change settings.
The problem is that you will only really be able to play basic games on this emulator that don't require a great deal of buttons. Sonic is perfect because most of the time you only need two buttons, the right button and any of the three control buttons to jump. Anything more than that and you will suffer cramped hands very quickly!
I'll add more to this review later, just wanted to let you guys know this was out. And if anyone feels like adding screenshots, great!
