Hi All,

I have purchased the 3 in 1 adapter so I could connect my G1 to my car Aux which has RCA input. I have a Y cable that has RCA connected to my car Aux and 3.5 mm stereo output that connects to my 3 in 1 adapter which is connected to my G1 phone. I cannot get the G1 to output music stored on SD or streaming through last.fm and play through my car stereo or even home stereo.

Is there a specific setting on the G1 that I need to enable to allows audio to output accordingly? Am I doing something wrong or using the wrong cable.

I would appreciate your help!

Thanks

You need a Mobile Transmitter - FM transmitter
http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&q=fm+transmitter&cid=8369282666750210988&sa=title#ps-sellers for it to play though you stereo..... the 3 and 1 is not a transmitter.

Does anyone know of an app or some sort of tweak that can fix this problem.

The only workaround I figured out is first plugin the ear phones to the phone first and then unplug it and connect the 3.5 mm cable which is connected to my car and it works right away. It would be nice for the switch to occur automatically.

Thanks,

i think he means his adapter is not relaying audio though the OEM HTC 3.5/2.5 RCA adapter jack that he has plugged directly into his stereo via an AUX 3.5 RCA plug into the stereo.

I havent had an FM transmitter yet that was worth its salt.
