Skin's glue come off

hi, im using BestSkinsEver, the skin on top started to peel off, and it was dirty cause it attracted dusts. I took the dirt off realizing that I've taken out the glue?? Is there a way I can stick it back? can I use normal glue for that?

I don't think Elmer's glue will do the trick. I would not suggest crazy glue either.
