Mine snapped off... well it pealed away from the plastic part which still allowed me to cover the sd slot

But I recently received my replacement for another reason, so now I'm back to new again (just like it was in Oct)

I DON'T THINK YOU CAN REPLACE THE TAB, LIKE YOU CAN REPLACE THE BATTERY COVER

Maybe ebay has a G1 being sold for parts....

Agh...let us know how this turned out. The USB cover is one thing, since most people opt to just pull it off (I haven't bitten that bullet yet), but this is a different, less desirable animal.

This is an excellent little keychain Micro SD card reader. I bought it to use as a mini flash drive. kept it on my keys. When My mates seen it, the all wanted. I had to order more than 10 more from DX. Works like a charm. Comes with a little Clips and string so you can attach it to you keys or wallet etc. The card also fits in it nicely.
