How to install the Rosie notification bar?

Well, everything is in the title.
I don't want to install a full Hero Theme, I just need the black notification bar.
Anyone knows how to?

umm... are you rooted? If so, I seem to remember seeing something on the xda forums. If not than you can't.

I see you're running TheDude 1.3, find a theme template for it and post it here. All you need to do is replacing the images inside the template. If there's no theme template you'll have to flash a new firmware containing the new statusbar. Flashing the new firmware is going to reset your phone, so you'll lose your SMS, apps and settings. This won't happen if you have the template.
