I have a black G1 for sale. It's about 6 months old and is in what I would say very good condition. No scratches on the back or screen, and a couple of small scratches on the top. It's rooted /currently running the JACxROMv1.0 AOSP 1.5 r3. I think I still have the box, a hard leather type case I bought for it, an extra battery, a car charger, and I may throw in a class 6 8gb card. I can unroot the phone if you like and put the stock ROM back on and let it update on its own, just let me know. I'm asking 225$ but am willing to negotiate.
