It must be Friday night , becasuse its just dead here tonight !
This one click root app , I've grown to except it . But there is a problem that comes out of it . I lot of people rooting their phones and not knowing what they are getting themselves into . There's no researching behind it . Not even an education on what to do next after your rooted and ready to go . A lot of people are just bewildered after . At least before , people would do some research , they got familiar with the basic terms , learned the process , and so on . But then again , we now have rooting made VERY simple and a place like AndroidCommunity :)

I just read Cy's twitter, might not get the update tonight either. He has company from out of town. With no updating it really gets slow. I've got granddaughters tonight and just got finished watching the Bratz movie with them, glad thats over.

Man, I REALLY wanna root my phone. I am so scared of bricking it though. I wish I had someone to guide me through it, step by step, tell me exact links to the files/roms/recovery images I need. I am just so scared of losing EVERYTHING, including use of my phone. Sigh

what do you mean? there are soooo many places that'll hold your hand step by step, no one is gonna tell you what ROM to install, because that is preference ... and its pretty difficult to brick your phone

Ok, thanks for the help. I have to wait until I get my data plan. What options do I have as far as ROMs go? And what are the differences? Sorry, but I am still very new to all this and want to know EVERYTHING possible before I attempt it
