Stuck on G1 loading screen [tried flashing Hero build]

I dont know exactly why, i went to flash a Hero Build from XDA's site, and i didnt wipe my phone, im running CM 4.3 with no Recovery Image[i know, bad idea]

but im stuck. i tried wiping my phone, and tried flashing it again, but that didnt work. so i just wiped it and tried rebooting. and that didnt work either.

so i dont really know what to do, and some advice would be REALLY helpful. thanks.

was it a hero build or a theme ?

put cyans rom back on your sd , and apply it !

It was a Theme, but the phone wont connect into the computer because it wont turn on all the way. so i have no way of doing anything.

You need a card reader, do you have one?

do you have cyans recovery 1.4 ? did you do a backup ? if so , you can do a restore .

You can get a card reader for $5-$10 dollars. Put Cyans on the card like simms told you press and hold home and power at the same time, and you will come to a screen with a triangle and an exclamation point. Open your keyboard and type alt+l, then alt+s to flash the rom After its finished flashing hit home and back.

im going to put the SD is my old Tmobile Dash and switch it with CM 4.2 because people are having problems with the 4.3

not everyone is mean over at xda , only most ;)
when you get through this , you have to do cyans recovery . it will make things so much easier for you in the future .

you gotta have a rom running to be able to put the recovery on, so once you're running fine, we'll walk you through it.

you download the file ( http://n0rp.chemlab.org/android/cm-recovery-1.4.img ) put it on the main part of the sd card , go into your terminal app and type...

su
flash_image recovery /sdcard/cm-recovery-1.4.img


thats it . be sure to not miss the spaces and no spelling errors .
to see if you have it , power your phone on pressing the home and power buttons . you will know if you have it .
