Lol I want an Ilame 2g to play with the app store and all.

I wish they'd release the g1 again that could dual boot other UI's and devices interface along with better battery and everythinggg

i dont know about that whole dual boot business i mean sense is basically a really good home replacement so its not like its a totally different OS i bet thats the case with this phone too

we wouldn't be have all these frigging AMAZING phones - be they android, blackberry, nokia, etc if it wasn't for apple coming in, as an outsider, and totally KICKING BUTT all over the established players in this industry

for the record, i don't like the iphone - and i *really* don't like apple's closed approach to apps and their heavy-handed control etc etc --- and i will *not* buy into that or support it in the least

but i am doing backflips and cartwheels in glee because they raised the bar SO high

Yea I like its UI but I still am a big fan of Hardware QWERY's lol
But the Hero definitely is the top notch Android based phone so far.

And you can get more than 3 home screens on the g1 real easily in case you didn't know.

Yeah, that would be cool. I am running Drizzys FullV3 Hero and like it alot. I was looking around for themes and couldn't really find any for this ROM (If you know of some lmk).
I decided to try Open Home and load a theme from that to see what would happen and it looked like it went from Hero back to looking like a G1. Sweet! The only drag was everytime I backed out of an app it asked me if I wanted to go to Touchflo or Open Home for my main screen with the checkbox and I had to choose. Just as long as I clicked on open home it was G1. If I chose Touchflo it went back to Hero, of course never checking the checkbox.
An app or somthing to switch back and forth would be awsome because once you check that checkbox, then your committed.
