Are there Android Hardware similar to Itouch 8GB $199 with Wifi only

I saw the Zii device, but it is $399. Are there anything in the price / feature range as Itouch. This is for an internal application at the office

If there is none out there currently, are there anything in the pipe that could come out in the next few months

I was just about to mentioned the zii... other than that I don't think there are other media players similar to itouch 8gb.... what's wrong with the current android phones?

I am trying to stay in the $200 range with the same screen size as itouch. what are my options? This is for an internal application - phone functionality is not critical

archos 5 seems to be a good choice. itouch's 3.5 inch vs archos 5 4.8 inches - but a $100 more.

are the sdk's provided by the manufacturer or is it a generic one from google ?

What is the capacity of your internal app?

on a desktop the installation requires 256mb ram and 250 mb disk space. I will be porting it to android. don't know what the requirement will be, but safely assuming that an 8gb unit will be fine.
