I dropped my phone today by accident

the upper right part next to the screen got chipped a little. Is this consider physical damage? I gotta worry because I didn't get warranty through Tmobile, well technically I did but I removed it thinking I could get it back later on.

I'm kind'a worry because I don't think my phone will last the full 2yrs. I also don't think HTC will replace my phone because of the little chip part which they'd think it was cause by physical damage. I feel sort of screwed at the moment = /.. Any help?

Well u did drop it and it is physically damaged. U already removed the insuance u had on it so its too late for that. Just try not to drop it again. Get a screen protector that was my biggest regret. I have little scratches on my screen now. I'm not sure if htc would repair it if something does wrong.
