Working on creating a new android site and need some clever DNS names. All I ask is that it be somewhat Android related and catchy. The details about the site will be released later as I get further into the concept. Also, if your good at webdesign, hit me up on twitter or here. I need help since i cant design my way out of a wet paper bag, lol.

Hmm, I'm really liking the DRdroid idea so far. Philandroid would be a second choice. Maybe a slight play on words and go with Philosdroid. Still have plenty of time for ideas, I'm working on some server glitches atm and dont expect anything to go live for at least a week yet. Aparently my current server setup doesnt like to host multiple sites. May actually break down and move everything over to Apache. *sigh*

Just realised I posted this in the Custom Roms area, maybe this thread would be better if in the Off Topic area? If a mod could move this thread to a more suitable area, I'd apreciate it. Force of habbit to load directly here since this is where I spend most of my time, lol. Thanks.

I get the feeling a few of the powers to be are getting a tad "nervous" about my current project. So hopefully this will help.

Myself and Simms have been discussing/collecting various ROM's, apps, ect from all over the place. As many of you know, there is a wealth of infomation to be found on many different sites. My (our) goal is to gather as much as possible into one large, organised database and make it openly available to you. Everything that is gathered will be free, open source and legal so as to avoid anymore Wrath-o-Google. Along with this idea, I am working on better organising of said files. You will be able to search by name, read reviews, rate, write reviews ect.

I hope this helps to clear up any of the questions that people may have had. I undertsnad that I'm still a tad "Vague", however as previously stated, things are still in "Concept" mode.

Wow, this thread sorta died quick. Well the good news is that I'm still working on the project and that I have been given the green light from the powers to be. I didnt want to step on toes so I kinda stepped back for a day while waiting to hear back. So, as of right now, these are the names that are being considered:
