Just got my new SANDISK MICROSD MOBILE ULTRA MICRO SDHC 8GB CARD CLASS 6 delivered and want to know what I should do to get the most out of my MTG3 rooted with Cyanogen.Mod 4.04 ROM and Alien Aqua 0.5 theme my firmware is 1.5. What do some of you "experts" suggest I do? Want to run the lastest CyanogenMod but would like to get updated to the 1.6 donut also and don't want to lose all my apps. if possible also have many pictures and music on my current 4gb card which is close to full. Please help walk a newbee get the most out of this phone without to much technical mumbo jumbo that I don't understand.

Just mount your phone, make a new folder on your desktop computer, drag all the files from your phone to the new folder. When you put the new card in, mount it and drag the files from the folder on your desktop back to the sd card. Since your already rooted just download and flash Cyan 4.1.11.1, which is the donut build.

Well, you have Cyan 4.04, I'm assuming you did the EXT 3 partition? I can't remember, does Cyan use a linux swap partition, or is that purely Hero?

Cyan only needs the ext2 or ext3.

Thought so. As long as you've done that to your memory card, you're good.
