There was an app as part of the Developers Contest that allowed you to create bubbles with a flow chart like flow..


Like .. create bubbles that lead to other bubbles .. that lead to other bubbles..

There is a music app called "BubbleBeats" in the market. Its a good app but I wipe my phone too much and it takes awhile to set up. Is this what your talking about?
