ok just got my hero and love it everything was working fine but now im not receiving texts??? I can send them, people get them but im not receiving any?

help? how would i fix this? maybe a setting?

Should work straight out the box after activation. You might wanna call CS.

Can you specify what version of the Hero you have.
European, Spring, etc...

You could also try a Factory data reset.

Long press the media in which you wish to save.

For example, if you recieve a picture, go into the thread and long press on the picture itself for about 3 seconds or until a window pops up asking you what to do with it.

hmm doesnt work, when i long press little pic tile jsut turns green, does it matter on size. its jpeg and 69kb
