I just tested this app on my 2010 camaro and it's pretty good, the speedometer is pretty accurate it 1 or 2 miles off, has speed warnings and it tells you when you are aproaching a red light camera,

and it matches the interior on my camaro pretty nice.

gps is going to be more accurate (http://www.caranddriver.com/features/02q2/speedometer_scandal%21-feature) than your vehicle speedometer, at least if you're traveling at a fairly constant speed over fairly level ground.
