I bought a Dell monitor because they're consistently rated very high... Well, I got a stuck pixel and had to go through Dell's RMA service. Holy crap! Dell has the absolute worst customer service I've ever used! I spent 45 minutes on the phone barely being able to understand the guy because of his thick Indian accent trying to explain that I had a stuck pixel. Then when I called back for info on where to ship the RMA'd monitor the guy talked to me as if I was waisting his time trying to send back the company a $300 product! Based on this experience I will stay as far away from Dell as possible. It's a shame, they make nice stuff. I'm just not willing to support that outsourced customer service that is absolutely horrible.
