Straight Talk only shows one smart phone, but at least it has a real keyboard. http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/walmart-to-launch-straight-talk-exclusively-nationwide-64206872.html
While it doesn't do much for me since it's on Verizon's network, I have the funny feeling this will start a price war real soon now.

considering jitterbug is for senior citizens who crap in their diapers daily, I'd think Android is a bit advanced

This is a good thing. Even though the phone blows, it puts pressure on the rest of the carriers to cut their rates. If you tell your mom she can get this deal for $45 per month, or pay TMo $65 per month, which would she pick? Mine would go with the cheaper option.

Thanks for the link notxel. Unlimited doesn't do much for me since I use Google Voice for all my calls. I've already been on the phone for about 90 minutes this cycle, but because GV is a myFave number I show 0 minutes used. Sent tons of SMS through GV, and show 0 of my 300 used. At the end of the cycle, I"ll still show 0 minutes and 0 SMS.
