Gang Wars Tips (NO ADD ME's) Please

I've got to level 90, I expected the ship.

What else do I need? Do I really need to guess how many previous tasks to repeat, or is there some logic here, to proceed to the 'Drugs Smuggling by Sea' level' level? I have level 90, 67 gang.

Hi Jandroid,
Yesterday was a bit of a blur as I was able to get the tanker and the plane and jumped about 20-30 levels. I think the plane appeared at level 100 and the boat was there shortly before.

One thing I had already purchased though was the container yard - I wondered if this would make the ship appear (it didnt) but maybe you need a container yard and a certain level number. Just a thought?

Container yard didn't help - still said that I didn't have enough weapons.
Then realised that I hadn't even bought the ship! (I thought the ship was a special 'weapon' - awarded automatically).

Can anyone please explain a break down of exactly how the weapons, armor, and vehicles factor into your gang. Like for example, do the armors stack or is it just one armor, weapon and vehicle per gang member? If they don't satck then why is tactical armor so expensive with a high upkeep, yet offers less stats? I've looked for awhile now trying to find the answers, but game boss doesn't seem to offer any.

No one knows. Good game, horrible documentation, developer just wants to make money, doesn't care about the users at this point.

This is all based on levels.

You get most of the larger stuff by level 90-100, after that not sure. I am on level 141 and have not seen anything new since the Army depot raidhttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/2_bing.gif (http://androidcommunity.com/forums/#). /edit After level 150 I get the option of a 20 million dollar riot helmet and a special vehicle (Chopper) plus a job to "Run your own Motorcycle gang" for $30 million.

Really the best way to keep your money is to bank it when you are done playing, fight until your health is low so people who try to fight you when you are offline see that you are in the hospital. This really doesn't matter later in the game, as the max you lose in each fight is $60k, and you are probably making 10+ million an hour after level 100. The favorite thing to do by some people is to fight people until you win against someone that gives you $60k, then keep fighting them until they go to the hospital. There is NO variance in fighting, if you win against someone once, you will win again and again.

Buying one of every property does nothin except get you upkeep money. Buy the best deal, for example buying the rental house for $40k, gets you $300 an hour profit, get 10 of them, and you are making $3000/hr profit. You use the profit for upkeep on weapons and vehicles, plus taking out hits on other people, and paying the greedy doctor. 3000/hr X 24 hrs is $72,000 per day. For the bigger properties you need to buy the undeveloped lots first, then develop (http://androidcommunity.com/forums/#) them into the bigger properties.

Increasing your gang size is a deterrent for people who try to fight you, but it is just another factor in many on winning fights, fending off hits, etc..

Buying guns and armor is the most useful part of the fight part of the game.

There are more things after level 100, just find someone who is in your gang on a real high level and take a look at what they have.

You get one respect point for every other level you attain.

You can only buy 10 items at a time if you do not buy the game.

No one knows how the fights are calculated.

It costs (http://androidcommunity.com/forums/#) one stamina per fight, 2 points to get one stamina when you go up one level.

Do not buy too much health or you will die a lot and lose more money when offline, one point per 10 health.

Jobs: Jobs are where you make a lot of points for levels. You need energy (1 point per energy point per level) to do jobs, plus you may need a certain gang size or vehicle/weapon to pull off the job. Each job has benefits $$ wise, plus added level points, and if there is a blue box by the job, you have that percentage underneath to get that weapon, for example: Shopping mart robbery, $4600, Exp 8, blue box has a pistol with 25%, 8 energy, 3 gang, 2 desert eagles, 1 shotgun.

So: you need 8 energy, 3 people in your gang, two Desert Eagles, and one Shotgun to pull off the job. You Will Get: 8 level points, $4600, and %25 chance of getting the Walther P99 pistol.

If you do the job 4 times you should get the pistol.

Getting the blue weapons have a couple benefits. Generally blue weapons have a better offense/defense then you can currently buy. Blue weapons also may be required on later jobs.

Dear Gangsters !
Thank you for your feedback. We have incorporated your thoughts into the new fight algorithm and hopefully have made it better for everyone.

Key changes are as follows:

1) We have removed the police penalty. This seemed to discourage fighting.
2) Fights are now scored on the relative strength of the combatants. If you fight a lesser gang, you will take less damage, and if you fight a better gang, you will take more damage. This way you can see how close you are in strength to the other gangs
3) You are now rewarded for fighting stronger gangs. You get more experience points the tougher the gang is.
4) The winner of the fight is determined by the following factors (in weight order):
a) Special weapons. Weapons obtained from doing jobs are the most valuable and contribute the strongest to your score
b) Maintenance weapons. These are also strongly considered
c) Normal weapons. There is still value to weapons without maintenance to be sure, and the arms you have here contribute to the score.
d) Gang Size
e) Won-loss history and the relative health of fighters is also considered, in a minor way.

quick question - does the number of a particular weapon simply multiply the effect? for example, if I have 10,000 bats but only 100 gangsters, am i still getting the value of the 10,000 bats?
