I've been with T-mobile since it was Omnipoint then Voicestream so I dpubt that I'll be leaving soon but knowing that Sprint includes, GPS Nav, Mobile TV, NFL and Nascar had me seriously thinking bout leaving T-mobile. I hope the lack of these services will be included in Project Black or Dark, whatever its called. Just wondering if using these had anyone else contemplating leaving to have these features all the time.

I will def jump ship to any carrier that offers an Android phone with a TV App (live) and a front camera with livecam/video calling support!

Sprints Hero has this and a few of them are live. Me personally, I'm waiting for the 1GHZ Androids but if T-mobile dont step their game up, I'm gone.

You are referring to live tv and not video calling right?
The brain(s) behind future projects over at Tmobile must be really conservative. I was surprise that the android phone with google apps was even going to be offered by tmobile.

Yes live and any other form of tv, I think everyone will eventually have video calling.

I agree... I dont see the BB getting any better than the storm, unless they redesign a whole new phone and a UI makeover. But then again, i had never been a BB type of person.
I think they got a of attention because of the qwerty keypads.

They are real easy to type on and integrate well with email, but other than that they are weak and they all look the same.

If you are going to start a letter writing campaign I suggest writing directly to the CEO (see info below) and using diplomacy in your letter.
You will get a call back from "the Office of the President" with a solution for your concerns, which will most likely be a discount on a phone. For example, a MT3G for $99 to blow you off and keep your business.
Few things that will play a huge part in the person's perception that will decide what to offer you.
Time with T-mobile
Payment History
If you just want to vent on the letter then just vent. But if you want to get something out of it then take my suggestions.

Thanks for the info, venting is not what I plan on doing, I plan on sending a professional letter, my goal isn't to get a discount. I want better features, equivalent to their competitors, hopefully he spill the beans on their secret project.:D
