If you want a mobile phone QWERTY keypad, the HTC Desire Z (http://androidphonewithkeyboard.co.uk/htc-desire-z/) is the best. I use it as a Sat-Nav as well (with Google Maps). It's got a decent sized screen for web-browsing as well.

Also, the Xperia Mini Pro (http://androidphonewithkeyboard.co.uk/sony-ericsson-xperia-mini-pro/) has a slideout QWERTY keyboard, but is smaller if you want to put in your pocket.

Both of them are touchscreen.

The HTC ChaCha (http://androidphonewithkeyboard.co.uk/htc-chacha/) is a bit like the Blackberry Curve, but with Android. It's got a facebook button, but I haven't got one so not sure what it does.
