My new favorite is the Stock Charter (http://www.androlib.com/android.application.com-kit-stockcharter-zziC.aspx).

What about your opinion?

does the chart update in realtime, and where does the data come from?

answering myself:

no its not in realtime- its 20 min delayed from Yahoo.

in fact, it doesnt chart intra-day, its min timeframe is a daily chart, 20 min delayed.

its not bad charting, but it does need the following:

Intra-day charting- ie: 5min, 3 min, 60 min, etc.

it needs the ability to grab realtime data from, say a TDAmeritrade account.

it needs a setting for auto-refresh.

I can see your point, but I don't agree in some points.
For intraday charting where can you find historical data, daily online data? For these you need an account somewhere. The problem can be that:
1: every user of this app need that kind of account (e.g. TDA) but not so many guys would create one
2: the developer cannot spread online data free, because it is agains the law as I know

I'm pretty sure that there will be auto-refresh possibility and more, I've also written a mail for the guy, he has the plans with this app.
