do most of the hero roms need a swap partition and a different spl ? is there any roms, that i can jus flash

Yes they all do, so no you can't. It's too much stress and strain on the phone and sd card.

You can try mthis one, I tried it a couple of weeks ago. Nice I just don't like hero. Played with it for a weekend and nandroided back.
