View Full Version : playing standard deff movies on hd monitor?

ok I have a 23 inch 1080p res. pc monitor and I have alot of movies on my external HDD, but they are standard deff. If I watch them on my SD tv it looks fine but if I watch them on my pc say with VLC player or any other its crappy quality, I could always make window smaller but to hard to see.

so is their a way to watch it full screen while keeping the video quality good?

No. Anything you do is still taking a small image and stretching it out. Its going to look poor regardless of what you do.
