Customizing the unlock screen?

I was wondering if anybody knows a way to customize the unlock screen. I want the option to put a text note on the unlock screen that contains my contact info in case I ever lost my phone, but I want to be able to lock it so that whoever finds my phone isn't able to access all my passwords and stuff. Hence, the customization of the unlock screen: visible even when locked. Does anybody know of an app that does this / can anybody build this app?

I found something called Flyscreen but I'm afraid it'll drain battery, and I'm not sure you can actually compose a text banner to display on the unlock screen.

I have a Samsung Moment.
