I tossed my iPhone for a Motorola Droid, but incredibily, it does sync to my Mac. So I pay $30 for a USB adaptor to plug the memory chip into my Mac, however, I see no way to sort those files into the "Playlists" button on the Droid. Does anyone know of a better way to get music from my Mac into the Droid? Or how to organize by playlist? And is there any buzz as to when (or if) Motorola will make the Droid recognizable on a Mac?

After all of Motorola's ads bashing the iPhone, you would think Mac compatibility would have been more of a priority.

DoubleTwist (http://doubletwist.com) will do it for you ... Supports squillions of different devices, not only phones

Thanks - since my mac does not read the Droid I plugged in the memory chip but don't know how to transfer all of the double twist files to the chip. No prompts and dragging to chip does not do anything.

if your willing to pay the $22. Salling Media is worth it on the Mac. Syncs photos, music, podcasts by integrating with iTunes playlists and folders. I ended up buying it becasue it was a more seamless integration than doubletwist.
