Hi,

users of my fake-call me apps(http://blog.mobileappbuilder.com/tagged/Fake-Call%20Me) have reported that the fake call screens look different from the real call screens on HTC Hero.

But I don't have a HERO to test.

If you have a HTC Hero, can you email me( support at mobileappbuilder com ) screenshot of the real incoming call screen(before you pick up the phone), the call in progress screen(before you hang up), and the call ended screen(just after you hang up)?

Here's the not-so-trivial instruction on taking screenshots: http://www.downloadsquad.com/2008/10/22/taking-screenshots-on-an-android-based-phone/
http://www.simplehelp.net/2009/07/21/how-to-take-screenshots-of-your-android-based-phone-from-windows/

If you have a Moto CLIQ, can you test the free Fake-call me app to see if it works as expected?

In return, I will give you fake-call me pro for free(refund you the fee you pay via android market).

:)

I have the Cliq, I'll test it out for you, well it works fine, but it doesn't look like the regular call. Do you want screenshots of the Cliq as well or just the Hero?

Do you want screenshots of the Cliq...How do you take screenshots with the Cliq? It's not a developer phone like the G1 so my SDK tools don't recognize it, and all the apps require root.

Can I have both screenshots for CLIQ and Hero?

Taking a screenshot doesn't require a developer phone.

One just needs to turn on the development USB debugging mode under settings => applications.

And for anyone else trying to take screenshots with the Cliq, you need to download the driver here: http://www.t-mobile-cellphones.com/t-mobile-motorola-cliq-usb-drivers-download.html/

Then the phone will be recognized in the SDK developer tool.
