Auto-lock when holstered

As a BlackBerry convert, one thing I find missing on my Samsung Moment is the phone automatically locking when it's holstered. I have no idea how something like that would be coded, but I imagine these phones would be able to utilize the hardware and the magnet contained in BlackBerry and other phone holsters/cases.

I would love to see that and to be able to set the ringer to vibrate via the proximity sensor in the holster. i miss that feature of the blackberry.

Concur, you will not see this on an android phone..there are apps however will silent it while its in your pocket
