Upgrading g1 from Cyanogen v4.1.11.1

I want the latest Cyanogen Mod and Idk what i need to do. I tried reading the wiki but i got confused.
Can anybody help me with easy instructions?

Mainly the thing I dont undestand is when they say to Apply the Romw with "any zip" how do i get that??
