Which phones are currently stuck at Android 1.5?

I think the Sprint Hero is currently stuck at Android 1.5 and I think the Samsung Behold II will release with 1.5.

Are there any other phones that are not running 1.6 or 2.0?

My Cliq is at 1.5. I've read they'll skip the 1.6 update and are working on updating MotoBlur for 2.0.

I believe the Samsung Moment that recently came out is still at 1.5 or 1.6 also... which was just a weird choice imo

HTC Eris is at a 1.5.. the release of 2.0 is scheduled for Q1 of 2010

Yeah UK Spec HTC HERO, i`ll be buying a new phone if it wont have an update this month.

I read on the official Huawei website that they are working on a 2.1 android version for the pulse and should be out this month.
