ok my phone is cut off and i cant pay it by the end of the week is their an app tht will let me txt over wi fi?

I think chomp sms will let u buy texting credits and use wifi but I am not sure

Yes, you can buy credits and txt. But that's all it does. It's just so you don't use up your charges. But I don't believe it lets you txt over wifi, almost positive it doesn't
