New ideas for a music player

What's up android community. I'm a long time reader, but this is my first post.:D

Anyway, I was thinking of a great idea for a music player app. Most music players in my opinion don't really offer much in the way of better music playability. What I'd like to see in a music player app is:

1. A built in equalizer. (Perhaps with some good presets as well. rock, hip-hop, jazz, etc.)

2. The ability to crossfade tracks. This might seem small, but most media players on desktops include this.

3. Better integration with desktop media players. I just want to add and update playlists in one step, in the same way as an iPod or any other standalone mp3 player.

If someone has made one already that would be cool.

If someone will make one that would be cooler still.

I'd like to add the issue of volume. I do not see the necessity in buying a hardware addon to get decent volume out of the headphone jack. This is a very common problem with mobile devices these days. Developers are either trying to save our hearing (boohoo) or save our battery life. Understandable, but not relevant to my interests!

I still run the old WinAMP on my PCs, and would love to have it on my Droid 855. I mean the REAL WinAMP (2.95), not the one that uses 10x the disk space and RAM to do stupid junk.

I have found that many mp3 with volume issues are typically the recorded volume it was done with. You can use a normalizer and then give it a 5% gain and that does quite a decent job and amkes a great recording with excellent volume built in.

I agree ont he EQ, I so wish I had one. My speakers can be kind of high pitched with no midrange in my morotrcycle helmet. An EQ would help resolve that issue.
