I'm started to use a bluetooth dongle to connect to my pc and transfer files. So I also need this shorcut to be shown on my home screen.

Did you try Better Cut? Not sure if this will do it but worth a try

just set an astro shortcut on your homescreen (long-press > shortcut > astro). long-press on a folder to add it.
