So has anyone else done the auto rotate mod for the browser? I recently did it to my phone and now I'm having issues with the battery not lasting on the phone. I pulled it off the charger this morning, and by 1pm the battery was down to 3%, the phone was in my pocket and I only made 1 or 2 calls under 5 min.

do a factory reset. the battery calibration settings probably got borked. Many others, including Stericson, have this mod and haven't experienced that problem.

Hmm, calibrate it again... Let it die and recharge until 100% and then try again and see what happens.

I have not tweeked the browser, but today, for the first time my "perfect" battery went off the charger at 7am to 30% by 10am with no use. Limited use through the day and in the process of killing it now to recalibrate.... 4% 9pm.

well I just pulled the battery and put it back in so far that seems to have done the trick

the only way i see to install it is through adb.. i'm pretty new at this, but have been hacking away all day, new theme, cache to sd, dev bootloader and auto rotate.. i'd love to know if there was a way to install this using terminal for my last trick of the day..
ps. can't wait to go to work tomorrow (tmobile) and show them everything!

I did it but I went back to the original, because I like to surf in bed and when I'm lying down I still would like to have my browser in vertical mode.
If auto-rotate is on, it automatically makes the browser in landscape mode, which is annoying.
the droidsans tweak app is good though. It basically turns on auto-rotate for every app EXCEPT the browser, which works for me.
