Any Cut

Anyone know of a guide for any cut, or know how to create a shortcut to the Security and Location menu?

Trying to make a shortcut to turn on and off gps.

This is the same exact question I have.

Also is it possible to actually use the program to toggle, instead of just take it to the direct menu like it does for me?

BTW does anyone else have some apps listed many many times, my weather for instance is listed like 10 times.
