Currently out of box (OOB) no.

There are 3rd party developers that are in the process of creating such synchronizations for cost or free. I'm sure we'll be able to find free ones soon enough.

If your company provides a way to check your email remotely via OWA[website] then you can use the above app I created some time ago. It basically checks your email and forwards it to an imap provider [I use gmail]. Read flags sync up you name it.

    It's free too

You may or may not find it useful.....

Or you could just write an outlook rule that forwards a copy of each incoming and outgoing email to your gmail account (beware--some IT departments frown on this). But these two solutions only take care of email. They don't address contacts and calendar synchronization.

That's correct about cal and contacts. Many companies also disable forwarding rules. I know mine does.

It also has a web browser, if you have exchange, you should have webmail and can use that. Granted it's not the best, but if you have everything forwarded to your gmail then you can't really respond unless you want to send professional emails from your personal address.

Not sure how Andriod will handle OWA but I know iphone safari can't handle it. Just doesn't work.

    Also,
Gmail allows "send as" option so it appears to come from you work email.
