Hi all,
I posted a (relatively) quick tutorial last night for a way to synchronize your music collection between your computer and your Android phone using Songbird and an add-on called FolderSync:

I use Songbird as a standalone audio management application, but Songbird will import/export playlists with iTunes... so if you are an iTunes user, this can actually work as an indirect way of syncing iTunes and your phone.
I've been looking for a way to do this with my own music since I got my G1, and I've been happy enough with the results & wanted to share this with the community.
Thanks miro! I stopped using Songbird when they got rid of mass storage mode. This brings that functionality back, only better. Great find!
How do you get album artwork to work?
I use iTunes Agent, and it's really working out well for me. In fact, I deleted some mp3's locally and it restored the contents of my playlist next time I sync'd. Handy!

Free, natch.
