My gtalk is broken

ok well I'm kind of annoyed I dont know if anyone else has this problem but...
my Gtalk is acting a fool!
it's showing that everyone is logged off on my G1 and of course on the PC it's showing everyone as ON

I need my Gtalk!
I've tried turning on and off taking the battery out and letting it sit there like they sd at tmobile but that didnt work anyone have any suggestions?

I wouldn't know what would help to be honest. But here are some things that i would try

1. Signing in and out
2. restarting it again and again
3. Sign off of the computer
4. Try to email myself and see if the G1 gets the notification to see if that works.
5. Try sending an IM and see if anybody responds.
6. Change your 3G to edge and vice versa.....

Those or some things i would try.. if not then wait. It should come around.

it just started today
i did all of those things and actually i'm not getting my gmail notifications either now that u mention it... i guess i got to tell them that too

well i just thought i'd update this for anyone WHO POSSIBLY comes across this same isuue it was with having TOO MANY contacts for gtalk
i didnt want to delete all those contacts so created a new one and Gtalk is up and working again
